We promote choice and control, placing the participant at the centre of the decision-making process. We work with the participant and their supports to ensure that they are best placed to achieve their goals. We currently service Newcastle, Hunter, and Central Coast.
WHY ELMO? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? ARE YOU OFF SESAME STREET?
We came up with the name ELMO as a play on our names, Emma & Oliver. We developed further meaning with the name by making it an acronym to stand for EMPOWERING LIVES OF MEANING & OPPORTUNITY as these are our core values and what we want to offer all participants.

- The use of the pineapple in our logo represents friendship and warmth, which is what our employees provide and thrive off. We promote that all NDIS participants and stakeholders are welcome and everyone deserves kindness and respect.
